1. Student Recommendations
1. Recommend that the previous recommendation of expulsion for student number 12-43-561 for the remainder of the 2011-2012 school year and all of the 2012-2013 school year be rescinded and the student be allowed to return to regular school placement for the 2012-2013 school year.
2. Administrative Appointments
3. Recommend that employee #7133-0521-1 be terminated effective Wednesday, August 22, 2012, based on misconduct as more specifically identified in the notice letter to the employee.
4. Recommend that employee #7102-0521-5 be suspended without pay for three (3) working days beginning Wednesday, August 22, 2012, based on misconduct as more specifically identified in the notice letter to the employee.
5. Recommend that employee #460502-9230-1 be suspended without pay for one (1) working day beginning Wednesday, August 22, 2012, based on misconduct as more specifically identified in the notice letter to the employee.
6. Recommend that employee #0000693548 be suspended without pay beginning Wednesday, August 22, 2102, pending completion of the recommended Fit for Duty evaluation as more specifically identified in the notice letter to the employee.
